Last week they applied a thick layer of a bitumen-based coating. Today it was finally dry enough that they could follow that up with a waterproofing fabric. Picture 1 shows this being applied to the garage wall, where the steps run along the garage. In Picture 3, they are installing 2&#215;12&#8217;s that will form the edge of the form, holding the concrete in place.
