The contractor ordered 5 cement trucks to come one after another starting at 9AM. He figured he’d be out of there by 11. I came by at 9AM and the boom truck was there but no cement truck, so everyone was just waiting. When I came back at 11:15, the second truck was just leaving and the contractor was calling to find out where the remaining trucks were.
This layer of cement was just a rough layer everywhere. It will have at least one more layer on top. The first 3 photos are of cement near the garage, on the house foundation, and in one of the caisson holes. The last two photos show the boom truck, which has a hopper that the cement truck dumps the cement into (shown here covered in blue and white tarps so that spilled cement does not mess it up), with its boom extended from the garage level up to the upper house pad. The last picture shows the truck all folded up as it prepares to leave.
